Vivian Chan is the Creator Growth Marketing Manager at StreamElements. Vivian has worked in marketing for over two years, with a focus on email marketing and sponsorship. Vivian has increased open rates by 49% and click rates by 9% for email marketing sponsorship invites with brands such as HelloFresh, Factor75, Raid: Shadow Legends, Discord, and Fortnite. Vivian also ideated, user-tested, and launched the internal email marketing system for sponsorships. Within two weeks of launch, they increased sponsorship completion rates by 2.5%. Vivian is currently targeting and launching Creator Diversity Program (CDP) applications to creators using Twitch and YouTube who qualify for the annual program based on CCV, AVV, and number of followers on their respective streaming platforms. 3K applicants are needed to fill 20 CDP positions for 2022. Vivian is also responsible for researching and reporting competitor analysis and battle cards for marketing strategy planning. Lastly, they collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Analysts to build marketing analytics dashboard for the automated emailing system.
