Taylor Backes

Taylor Backes has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. They started their career in 2003 as the Head Swim Coach at Stonegate Stingrays. In 2010, they became the Assistant Swim Coach at Skutt Catholic High School and also worked as a Lifeguard at YMCA of Greater Omaha. They later became an Aquatics Director at YMCA of Greater Omaha, where they managed a team and increased revenue through aquatics programs. In 2013, Taylor joined Front Range Community College as a Psychology Instructor and also worked at Streamline Brands as a Swim Instructor and Manager on Duty. They then progressed within Streamline Brands, taking on roles such as Customer Service Representative, Marketing Manager, Customer Service Center Manager, Franchise Relationship Manager, Director of Franchise Relationship Managers, and currently serves as the Vice President of Franchise Relationship and Compliance.

Taylor Backes completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University from 2006 to 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Sport Psychology from the University of the Rockies between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, Taylor attended Regis Jesuit High School from 2002 to 2006. In 2008, they briefly attended The University of Notre Dame Australia, although no specific degree or field of study information is provided for this period.
