Sean Hudson

Director of Inside Sales at StreamSets

Sean Hudson is currently the Director of Inside Sales at StreamSets. Prior to that, they were an Account Executive Team Lead at Blackbaud from July 2017 to April 2019. Sean was responsible for 50 associates over two locations with a total budget of $790K MRR 2018. Sean hired, on-boarded and ramped 23 associates YTD playing a key role in scaling Austin team 4x. Sean also developed and introduced territory planning process. Sean achieved annual quota at 110% 2018 and provided ongoing call coaching, pipeline and deal reviews for 50 reps across Austin and Charleston.

From August 2016 to July 2017, Sean was a Sales Development Representative at Bazaarvoice. Sean generated an average $1M pipeline per month and maintained top-performer spot averaging 144% quota attainment. Sean was recognized and awarded top performer at the annual sales event. Sean innovative leveraging prospecting tool Tout App resulting in record-breaking results, consequently appointed SME and trainer. Sean developed training plan and onboarded 10 newly hired reps.

Sean's previous position was Assistant Sales Manager at Tesla Motors from May 2014 to August 2016.

Sean Hudson's educational career includes attending Falmouth Sixth Form College and receiving certifications from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute in Certified Hospitality Trainer CHT and from PADI in PADI Open Water Diver. Sean also has a TESOL Certificate from TEFL International.

Their manager is Rowan Scranage, VP of Global Sales. They are on a team with Andrew Force - Federal Sales Director, Grant Poliquin - Enterprise Account Executive, and Barry McDonough - Enterprise Account Executive.
