Sara Fredrickson

Sara Fredrickson is the Director of Business Operations at Streem. Sara has over fifteen years of experience in the field of operations and project management.

Sara began their career as a Special Events Coordinator at WasteCap, an organization that works to reduce waste and increase recycling in the Portland metro area. In this role, they managed logistics, database and customer service for OFB volunteers including special events (Waterfront Blues Festival, National Letter Carriers Food Drive, etc.)

After two years at WasteCap, Sara transitioned to Fluid Market Strategies, a program management consulting firm specializing in residential energy-efficiency programs. As a Program Manager at Fluid Market Strategies, they managed the delivery of multifaceted residential energy-efficiency programs for multiple utility/non-profit clients.

In 2013, Sara joined CLEAResult as a Senior Director. In this role, they managed the delivery and continuous improvement of field audit programs and customer engagement for multiple residential energy-efficiency programs. Sara was with CLEAResult for eight years before joining Streem in 2021.

Sara Fredrickson has a BS in Environmental Studies - Ecology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
