Boon Teh

Boon Teh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Boon is currently an Engineering Manager at Street Context since May 2023. Before that, they worked as Director of AI Platform & Integration at Kinaxis from July 2020 to April 2023. Boon also held positions at Rubikloud Technologies (acquired by Kinaxis) as a Director of Product Engineering from March 2019 to July 2020, and as a Manager of Product Engineering from July 2018 to March 2019.

Prior to their time at Rubikloud Technologies, Boon worked as a Solutions Architect at Mortgage Alliance from May 2018 to June 2018, and at Wavefront from September 2017 to May 2018. Boon also gained experience at Pivotal Labs as an Engineering Manager from November 2015 to September 2017, and as a Senior Software Engineer from October 2013 to November 2015. Before Pivotal Labs, Boon was an Agile Engineer at Xtreme Labs Inc. from June 2012 to October 2013.

Boon's career began as a Full Stack Developer at Idea Notion Development Inc. from October 2011 to May 2012, and at Maxxian from July 2008 to October 2011. Boon also worked as a Developer / Programmer at the Adaptive Technology Resource Centre (University of Toronto) from October 2003 to July 2008, where they developed internal systems and handled admissions for graduate studies in the faculty.

Boon Teh pursued their education at the University of Toronto from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed the "Four Fridays Management Training" program offered by Raw Signal Group. Recently, in 2021, they acquired two certifications: "The Top 10 Project Management Mistakes—and How to Avoid Them" from LinkedIn and "Collaborative Leadership" also from LinkedIn.
