Daniel Nour

Daniel Nour currently serves as a Doctor at Royal North Shore Hospital and as the Founder of Street Side Medics, both roles held since 2020. Additionally, Daniel is the elected Director at Sydney North Health Network since November 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Resident Doctor at Queensland Health and undertaking a placement at the Magdi Yacoub Foundation, focusing on cardiac care in Egypt. In 2017, Daniel participated as a presenter delegate at the 8th United Nations USLS Symposium and held the position of Sponsorship Director for the Australian Medical Student Journal. Early involvement includes presenting and volunteering with the National Indigenous Science Experience Project at Macquarie University. Daniel Nour holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from James Cook University and completed secondary education at Trinity Grammar School between 2001 and 2013.

Street Side Medics

Our not-for-profit organisation aims to alleviate the many complex barriers which currently existing which limit access to healthcare for those experiencing homelessness and the vulnerable. We do so by providing a GP led mobile medical centre, in the form of a custom-fitted van, which works in collaboration with already existing food, clothing, hygiene and housing services.
