Teresa Tapia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and transportation planning. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at StreetLight since August 2017, Teresa leads a team dedicated to enhancing customer experience and retention. Previously, Teresa held roles including Director of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager at StreetLight, where valuable big data solutions for transportation were facilitated. Teresa's earlier experience includes managing multi-modal operations at BART and serving as a Senior Transportation Planner at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, where significant improvements to mobility and transportation planning were achieved. With an educational background that includes a Master of Arts in City and Regional Planning and a Master of Science in Transportation Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Yale University, Teresa combines technical expertise with strategic leadership in the field of transportation.
