Dave Font

Dave Font has worked in the field of youth development for over 20 years. Dave began their career in 1999 as a Senior Counselor at Boys & Girls Club. In 2002, they moved to Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest New Jersey where they served as Unit Director, Program Director, and Athletic Director. In 2008, they were a National Training Associate (Contract Position) at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Executive Director at Push to Walk and then the NYC Regional Director at StreetWise Partners. Dave has also been a Part-Time Lecturer at Rutgers University - Newark since 2017.

Dave Font completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from William Paterson University of New Jersey in 2002. Dave then went on to obtain a Master of Human Resource Development (MHRD) from Clemson University in 2008. In 2014, they finished a Master of Public Administration, Executive Program (MPA) from Rutgers University - Newark.
