Toni Jackson

Toni Jackson is an experienced children's therapist currently working at The Guidance Center since November 2024. Toni has engaged with StreetWise Partners as a program graduate, focusing on workforce development and social work insights through mentorship. Previous roles include Peer Support Specialist at Easterseals Michigan, where Toni received the 2023 Outstanding Achievement Peer Award, and Case Planner at Alternatives For Girls, serving youth in Metro Detroit. Toni also has experience as a Reading Tutor with Beyond Basics, a Special Education Teacher at Global Psychological Services, a School Culture Facilitator for Detroit Public Schools Community District, and a Youth Coordinator for EcoWorks Detroit. Educational credentials include a Master's in Social Work from Wayne State University, alongside Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Grand Valley State University and a study abroad experience at the University of Ghana.
