Angela Tsai

Angela Tsai has over 18 years of work experience in the corporate restructuring field. Angela is currently the Director of Corporate Restructuring at Stretto, a position they have held since November 2019. Prior to this, Angela worked at Epiq for 10 years, where they held the role of Director of Client Services in the Corporate Restructuring Group. At Epiq, they were responsible for client management, pre-filing and schedules preparation, claims management and reconciliation, solicitation and distribution. Angela worked on a variety of large and mid-size restructuring cases across various industries. Before joining Epiq, Angela was a Manager at Huron Consulting Group for 6 years and a Financial Analyst at Authur Andersen for 1 year.

Angela Tsai obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Management Information Systems (MIS) from Binghamton University School of Management, completing their studies from 1997 to 2001.
