Al Bodansky

Al Bodansky has over 20 years of work experience in the technology field. In 2000, they began their career as an HR Application Developer at Capgemini. In 2002, they joined W.W. Grainger as a Lead Data Engineer, Oracle Data Warehouse Developer, ERP Application Developer and Consultant. In 2015, they moved to DRIVIN - CarCo Technologies as a Senior Data Engineer working with AWS, EC2, S3, Redshift, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and XtremeData DBX. In 2017, they joined Raise as a Senior Data Engineer, responsible for refreshing Development and Staging environments with scrubbed PII data. In 2018, they moved to Vivid Seats LLC as a Lead Data Engineer, where they were responsible for building a Data Engineering team, supporting transactional databases, ETL and Data Warehouse. In 2020, they joined OppFi as a Senior DBA - Snowflake Architect. Currently, they are a Staff Data Engineer at Stride.

Al Bodansky obtained a BS in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Kharkov Institute of Radioelectronics in Ukraine between 1989 and 1994. Al then completed an MS in Economics and Banking from Kharkov State Unviersity in Ukraine from 1994 to 1997.
