Karen Kolb

Karen Kolb has extensive work experience in customer relationship management and customer marketing roles. Karen currently holds the position of Head of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) at Stride since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Zola.com as the VP of Lifecycle Marketing/CRM from 2017 to 2022. Before joining Zola.com, they served as a Sr. Director of Customer Marketing at Gilt.com from 2012 to 2017. Karen also held the position of Director of Customer Marketing at FreshDirect from 2010 to 2012 and Director of Promotions and Customer Marketing at Barnes & Noble from 2006 to 2010.

Karen Kolb has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Cabrini University. Additionally, they have also attended Institut de Langue Française, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.
