Sarah Chasson

Sarah Chasson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sarah began their career as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in 1993 before moving on to Proskauer Rose LLP in 1994. At Proskauer Rose LLP, Sarah focused on white-collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation, primarily in the healthcare industry.

In 1998, Sarah joined the U.S. Department of Justice as an Assistant United States Attorney. In this position, they directed grand-jury investigations, interviewed witnesses, secured indictments, and successfully tried cases to verdict in both federal and district courts. Sarah handled significant cases, including a multi-million dollar healthcare fraud investigation and the representation of the United States in John Hinckley's post-trial litigation.

In 2013, Sarah joined Mintz Group as a Director, where they specialized in criminal defense, complex civil litigation, and internal investigations. Sarah worked at Mintz Group for five years before joining Aledade, Inc. in 2018.

During their time at Aledade, Inc., Sarah held various roles, including Deputy General Counsel, Senior Vice President of Compliance, and Interim General Counsel. Sarah played a key role in developing protocols and procedures to enhance the Legal Team's effectiveness, managed litigation and internal investigations, and advised the company and board of directors during significant funding and acquisition deals. Sarah also scaled the Legal Team and compliance team, focusing on diversity and creating solution-oriented groups.

Most recently, Sarah joined Stride in 2023 as General Counsel. Sarah is a valued member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for corporate governance, SAAS contracting, privacy, and employment matters.

Sarah Chasson has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Columbia University. Sarah was also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa society and graduated Magna cum Laude. Sarah later studied at the New York University School of Law, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree with a focus on Law.
