Vivian Mimano

Vivian Mimano has over 20 years of work experience. Vivian began their career in 2002 as a Recruiting Manager & Assistant to 2 Vice Presidents at L.E.K. Consulting. Vivian then moved to Kencall EPZ Limited in 2004 as a Training Manager, and to Pulse Experential in 2005 as a Country Manager. In 2009 they joined Skopos Louis Allen as a Managing Consultant, where they supported company executives and senior HR leaders in evaluation of organizational needs, development of transformational strategies, and creation of high performing leadership teams. In 2010 they took on a Board Advisor role at the Kenya Association of Women Business Owners. In 2014 they joined LMI as Int'l Programs & Initiatives, where they were recruited to establish a non-profit presence in East Africa. In 2022 Vivian will join Stride as a Sr. Recruiter. In addition, they are the Founder of Armada Human Capital, where they develop and delivers strategies on talent attraction, hiring, and engagement for a diverse client base.

Vivian Mimano obtained a Bachelor of Science in Food Industry Management from Michigan State University between 1995 and 2000.
