Dynamic and results-driven Academic Administrator with over 18 years of experience in educational leadership across the United States and the United Arab Emirates. I specialize in fostering inclusive learning environments, mentoring educators, and driving academic excellence through strategic planning and data-informed decision-making. Currently serving as the CTE Principal at Stride K12, I lead virtual education initiatives, manage instructional teams, and ensure compliance with state and federal standards.

My career spans roles in curriculum development, assessment design, and educational policy, including international experience as an Academic Quality Improvement Officer in Abu Dhabi. I hold a Master’s in Educational Administration, a Juris Doctorate, and multiple certifications including Principal (EC-12) and ESL Supplemental.

Passionate about empowering students and educators alike, I bring a global perspective, strong communication skills, and a commitment to equity and innovation in education. I’m also an active member of professional and community organizations, including Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and the Texas Alliance of Black School Educators.
