John Hawthorne

John Hawthorne currently serves as the Assistant Men Basketball Coach at Cardinal Hayes High School and brings over a decade of experience as the Founder and CEO of HARDWORK24/7. As the Head of Player Development and Assistant Coach for both the 17U and 16U teams at The Riverside Church, John specializes in player development and mentoring. Additionally, John contributes to the Chinese Men's National Basketball Team as a Player Development Coach, focusing on skills training, strength and conditioning, and defensive strategies. Other roles include Managing Member of HARDWORKBOYS, LLC., Marketing Manager for Strideline, and various athletic training positions at educational institutions. John holds professional expertise in skill development, curriculum creation, team training dynamics, and comprehensive athletic care.
