Bhushan Khaladkar

Bhushan Khaladkar has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Bhushan began their career at Persistent Systems Pvt. Ltd., where they worked on various projects for companies such as Microsoft, HP Labs, and Veritas. Bhushan developed tools related to language conversion, image manipulation, and UI testing. After that, they joined ICIM India Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they built a teaching product for children and a database object browser. Bhushan then worked at Telsoft Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a key role in developing an automated dialer product and a distributed call routing platform. Bhushan joined Oracle Corp in 1999 and held positions as a Senior, Principal Member of Technical Staff and later as a Software Development Manager. In 2011, Bhushan co-founded DoTogether.com and served as the COO. Bhushan then worked at Teradata Aster as an Engineering Manager before joining Striim as the Senior Director of Engineering in 2013.

Bhushan Khaladkar completed their MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University. Bhushan also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune (Pune Institute of Computer Technology).
