Valerie LaCava

Valerie LaCava is currently a Customer Success Manager at Strike Graph. Valerie has also worked as a Compliance Manager at Aldridge Pite, LLP. In this role, they were responsible for managing stakeholder compliance, legal, operational, regulatory and security audits of the Firm’s 16 offices located across the United States. Valerie also worked internally with lines of business leaders to remediate audit findings, organizing data, supporting documents, and ad hoc training to ensure the successful close-out of these reviews. Additionally, Valerie oversaw change management compliance through the monitoring of 150+ monthly external stakeholder operational and regulatory directives by leading internal meetings with lines of business leaders and Partners. Valerie also supervised the Firm’s collateral document program, ensuring the confidential handling of 1,500+ sets of loan documents by custodians located at the Firm’s 11 West Coast offices. Furthermore, Valerie onboarded 650+ employees to the Firm’s PDF technology via live and online training.

Valerie LaCava graduated from the University of Portland in 2009 with a degree in Organizational Communication.
