Melissa Bankes

Melissa Bankes is an accomplished engineering operations and project manager with extensive experience in software release management and client relationship management. Currently serving as Engineering Operations Manager and Release Manager at Wysh, Melissa coordinates software releases across various platforms while managing risks and improving release processes. Previous roles include Senior Project & Account Manager at Vertilocity, where Melissa enhanced client relationships and implemented effective project management strategies. In addition to ongoing contributions to the National Alliance for Financial Literacy and Inclusion as a Board Member and Women Defining AI as a Member, Melissa has a solid background in project management from Duke University Health System and other organizations, coupled with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Monmouth College.
