Jeffery Richmond

Jeffery Richmond serves as the SIS Manager at String Theory Schools since October 2016, overseeing the PowerSchool SIS for 4 campuses with approximately 3,500 K-12 students and managing Academia by Serosoft for dual-enrollment high school and college initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as an Instructional Technology Coach and Business Analyst at Globus Medical, where responsibilities entailed eliciting requirements, creating use cases, and suggesting improvements to an ERP system. Earlier positions also include Helpdesk Support Specialist and various teaching roles at West-Mont Christian Academy, where Jeffery directed band programs and led chapel services. Additionally, Jeffery contributed to the musical theater scene as an electric bassist and started in IT customer service as a Help Desk Agent at the University of Valley Forge. Jeffery holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education, Church Music, and Bible from the University of Valley Forge.
