Amanda McCullum

Amanda McCullum has extensive work experience in employee relations, employment law, and HR. Amanda is currently the Global Head of Employee Relations at Stripe, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Global Employment Counsel at Stripe from January 2020 to April 2023. Before joining Stripe, Amanda worked at Microsoft as an Attorney in the Employment Law Group from April 2018 to December 2018. Amanda also held the position of Head of HR at Redfin from October 2015 to April 2018. Amanda has a background in both law and HR, having worked as a People Team Lead, Global Employment Counsel, and Global Employment Counsel at Palantir Technologies from March 2014 to September 2015, and from April 2012 to March 2014, respectively. Amanda'scareer started at Jones Day in 2007, where they worked as an Associate, specializing in labor and employment law.

Amanda McCullum attended Stanford University from 1999 to 2003 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies. Following this, they attended the University of Washington from 2004 to 2007 and earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
