Andrew Lee has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew started their career as a Communications Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 2009 to 2013. After that, they worked as a Marketing Analytics Intern at Blue Goji, where they focused on user acquisition and growth through marketing experimentation and analysis. Following this, Andrew joined Airbnb as a Business Development Manager, leading partnerships for various product teams and spearheading initiatives such as smart lock integrations and content licensing. Andrew then moved on to Robinhood, where they served as the Head of Partnerships and Commercial Contracts, leading growth, affiliate, and content partnerships, as well as helping launch their international business expansion. Andrew also had a brief stint at MIRROR as the VP of Growth, responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through affiliates, referrals, and retail partnerships. Currently, they are working at Stripe as the Strategic Partnerships Lead, focusing on developing and managing partnerships to drive the company's strategic goals.

Andrew Lee completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and International Relations from Tufts University between 2005 and 2009. In 2007, they obtained a Certificate in Culture and Development from the School for International Training. Additionally, Andrew has obtained several certifications including the Stripe Fundamentals Certification from Stripe in September 2023 and the RRCA Certified Adult Distance Running Coach certification from the Road Runners Club of America in 2019.
