Bowen Tan

Bowen Tan is a Senior Software Engineer at GoDaddy, with experience in the Cloud Platform Team, having previously served as a Software Engineer II and interned on the Platform Search and Analytics Team. Bowen implemented a production-level cloud service named Elasticsearch Orchestrator during the internship, which involved developing a Container Controlling API, building a comprehensive web application, and optimizing runtime state management. As Co-Founder of Banana Tasker, Bowen created a C2C platform for Chinese users in Australia, focusing on web development using Python, Django, and various front-end technologies. Additionally, Bowen completed a research internship at Carnegie Mellon University, analyzing instant messaging data and contributing to intelligent messaging service construction. Bowen holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees from Sun Yat-sen University in Data and Computer Science and Material Physics.
