Currently serving as Head Chef at Stripe since October 2018, Dan previously held positions such as Staff Writer at A Growing Culture, where focus was on sustainable agriculture, and Sous Chef at Pizza Del Popolo. Dan's career also includes significant roles like Line Cook at Forge Pizza, Assistant Kitchen Manager at The Green Sage Cafe, and Field Manager at Smoking J's Fiery Foods, which encompassed managing large teams, overseeing food production, and engaging in public relations.
