Jacob Ray

Jacob Ray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jacob began their career as a College Ministry Worship Pastor at Liberty Live Church, where they developed and executed innovative worship services and led a team of volunteers. Jacob then served as a High School Associate Pastor at Southcrest Church, overseeing small groups and teaching sermons. Jacob later became a Student Pastor at Next Level Church, where they established the church's first-ever student ministry and implemented a successful social media marketing strategy. Jacob also worked as a Student Ministry Creative Pastor at COMMUNITY CHURCH OF HENDERSONVILLE, where they developed a comprehensive strategy to increase attendance and foster spiritual growth. Jacob transitioned to the real estate industry as a Social Media & Marketing Manager for Lynchburg's Finest Real Estate, where they created graphics, social media posts, and photographed listings. Jacob then gained experience in the hospitality industry as a Store Manager, Relationship Manager, and Director of Education at Barista Parlor LLC, where they implemented various strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve employee retention. Most recently, Jacob worked as a Customer Success Agent and Ramsey Concierge Advisor at Ramsey Solutions, achieving high customer satisfaction ratings and contributing to increased product adoption. Jacob currently serves as a Product Support Team Lead at Stripe, where they have implemented initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, case resolution rates, and handle time.

Jacob Ray completed their Bachelor of Science in Biblical & Theological Studies from Liberty University in 2016. Jacob is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from the same university, with an expected completion date in 2025. In addition to their degrees, Jacob has obtained various certifications including Foundational Support, Omnichannel Agent, Learn How to Code Course, Learn Swift Course, Financial Coach, and Inbound.
