Lucas McGrew

Lucas McGrew is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently employed at Stripe since August 2024 as a Software Engineer, Lucas previously co-founded Sumatra, which was acquired by Stripe in 2024. Prior to that, Lucas worked at DRW as a Software Engineer from October 2017 to August 2019, following a tenure at RGM Advisors, LLC from November 2010 to October 2017 as a Partner and Software Engineer, where RGM Advisors was acquired by DRW. Additional experience includes software engineering roles at Logical Images, Equicare Capital, and Encore Capital Group. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1999 and 2003.
