Rick Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Rick began their career as a Physical Education Teacher at Chatham Grammar School for Boys in 2009. Rick then took on the role of Schools Sport Coordinator and Physical Education Teacher at Greenacre Sports Specialist School from 2010 to 2011. During this time, they also worked as a BTEC Sports Science Tutor and Coach at Crystal Palace Football Club.

In 2012, Rick transitioned into the field of recruitment, joining SMCI as a Technical Recruiter. Rick gained experience in talent acquisition and management before moving on to salesforce.com in 2013. At salesforce.com, they held multiple roles, including Technical Recruiter, Technical Sourcer, and Inbound Candidate Sourcer.

In 2015, Rick joined Facebook as a Technical Recruiter before moving to DocuSign later that same year. At DocuSign, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter, focusing on building teams in the Customer Experience, Product Management, and Program Management departments.

Rick's expertise in recruitment continued to grow, and in 2017, they joined Stripe as the Global Recruiting Lead. In this role, they built and managed a recruiting organization, leading a team of over 40 recruiters across multiple regions. Rick also provided strategic advice on hiring strategies and organizational health, particularly for the Head of Financial Services and their team of 1800+ employees.

Throughout their career, Rick has consistently demonstrated their ability to build and scale recruitment teams, establish proactive partnerships with stakeholders, and meet hiring goals.

Rick Jones completed their Bachelor's degree in Sports Science from Canterbury Christ Church University from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended The Hundred of Hoo Academy from 1995 to 2001.
