Michael Spector

Michael Spector has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michael currently holds positions at Strive Asset Management as the Director of Regional Consultants and ETF Consultant, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Alpha Architect, LLC as the Director of ETF Sales for Independent Broker/Dealers from March 2020 to May 2022.

Before joining Alpha Architect, LLC, Michael was an Independent ETF Platform Consultant from May 2019 to March 2020. From June 2015 to April 2019, they worked at Pacer ETFs as the Internal Sales Desk Manager, where they played a key role in recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching the sales team. Michael gained experience in data analysis, phone systems, and CRM software during this time.

Prior to Pacer ETFs, Michael worked at Pacer Financial from November 2008 to June 2013, holding roles as the Internal Sales Desk Manager and Internal Sales Representative. As the manager, they were responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and developing training programs for new wholesalers. Michael also collaborated with internal and external wholesalers and upper management to enhance sales performance.

Michael started their career at Brown, Kerdock & Lynch PC, where they worked as a Real Estate Settlement Officer from August 2002 to October 2008.

Michael Spector attended The Hill School from 1993 to 1998. Michael then pursued International Studies/Russian at The Johns Hopkins University from 1998 to 2002.
