Damian Xuereb

Damian Xuereb has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Damian is currently serving as the President & CCO at Strive Gaming, where they oversee the delivery of operator performance on the first iGaming platform business dedicated to meeting the multi-state requirements of North American operators.

Prior to their current role, Damian worked at Kambi as the Vice President of Global Sales from 2017 to 2021. Damian'sresponsibilities included leading and directing a sales team to achieve sales revenue and profitability targets, as well as strategic planning and process improvement. Damian also served as the Senior Enterprise Acquisitions Manager, focused on acquiring new clients into the company's tier 1 operator customer base.

Before Kambi, Damian worked at SmartFocus as the Enterprise Sales Director from 2016 to 2017. Damian'smain focus was on acquiring new brands in the online gaming and e-commerce markets.

Damian's earlier experience includes working at United Technologies as the Senior Manager of New Business Development from 2011 to 2016, and at ISS Integrated Facility Services as the Business Manager London from 2009 to 2010. Damian also worked at KONE as the New Business Development Manager from 2005 to 2009.

Damian Xuereb obtained a BSC HONS degree in Marine Environmental Science from the University of Portsmouth, which they pursued from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they achieved a BSC Hons degree in Marine Environmental Science with a focus on Marine Sciences during the same time period and at the same university.
