Dave Thornton

Dave joins Strive from Evolent Health, where he served as Chief Talent Officer, helping expand the company from 20 to 3,500 people with an award-winning culture. Previously, he was with AOL for eight years. During this time, the company shifted to a media and advertising company, undergoing a significant cultural change. David brings extensive experience driving corporate values, culture and growth and will be instrumental to Strive Health’s ongoing success.
