Elise Jason

Elise Jason has a vast and diverse work experience in the field of people operations and talent management. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Human Resources Recruiting Specialist at athenahealth. From 2012 to 2018, they held the role of Director of Talent at Evolent Health. In 2018, they joined Aetion as the Director of People, where they delivered real-world evidence for life sciences companies. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of People at Strive Health, where they have held various roles, including Director of People Operations and Senior Director of People Operations. Elise's work experience demonstrates their expertise in overseeing and optimizing employee relations and human resources functions in healthcare organizations.

Elise Jason has a Master's degree in Leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Elise also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications & Consumer Studies from Virginia Tech.
