Ellyse Najdek, sHRBP, MHRM, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of People Business Partners at Strive Health since February 2023, Ellyse also holds the title of Coach and Director of Growth & Human Resources at Fierce45 since March 2021, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies and compliance practices for a growing fitness company. Previous roles include Manager of People Strategy at deepwatch, Senior HR Business Partner at OnDeck, HR Generalist at Cherwell Software, and HR Generalist at Ciber, among others. Ellyse holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Oregon State University.
