Emily Yoder Schonhoff

Emily Yoder Schonhoff has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Emily currently holds the position of Director, Market Operations at Strive Health starting from 2023. Prior to this, Emily worked at Signify Health from 2020 to 2022, where they served as a Strategic Operations Executive and later as a Customer Success Manager and Acute Operations Supervisor. During their time at Signify Health, they led various aspects of the BPCI-A program implementation, developed and executed operational strategies, managed a team, and created customized workflows and reporting. Before Signify Health, Emily worked at Remedy Partners from 2016 to 2020, holding roles such as Operations Director, Market Manager, and Market Representative. Emily began their career at Cerner Corporation in 2007, where they held positions as Intellectual Property Strategist/Product Manager, Senior Product Owner, and Solution Analyst.
