Jen Penquite

Jen Penquite has an extensive work experience in revenue cycle management and health information management. Jen is currently the Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Strive Health since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Manager of Revenue Cycle at the same company from October 2021 to March 2023. Before joining Strive Health, they worked at Tacoma Community College as a Professor of Health Information Management starting in September 2020. Jen has also gained valuable experience at Conifer Health Solutions, where they held various leadership roles such as National Director of Coding Compliance and Quality. Their responsibilities at Conifer included medical coding, clinical documentation improvement, physician education, and compliance with electronic health record implementation. Jen started their career as a Medical Coding Professional at Group Health Cooperative - Capitol Hill Campus in May 2005.

Jen Penquite obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics from the University of Cincinnati, completing their education from 2017 to 2019. Jen also holds a certification as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) from AHIMA, which they obtained in 2005.
