Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nephrology and patient education. As a Senior Manager at Strive Health since November 2020, Shannon oversees initiatives in patient care management. Previously, Shannon held various roles at DaVita Kidney Care from August 2001 to November 2020, including Facility Administrator/Home Program Manager and Division Lead for the Chronic Kidney Disease Education Program, where Shannon collaborated with national teams and physician practices to enhance educational offerings. Prior experience includes positions as a dialysis nurse and educator across several healthcare organizations. Shannon obtained a Diploma in Registered Nursing from Northeastern Hospital School of Nursing in 1996 and attended Community College of Philadelphia from 1991 to 1993.
