Vacancy

Vacancy is the Director of Innovation at STRIVE Prep. They previously worked as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Westminster Public Schools from August 2015 to June 2017. Before that, they were a School Social Work Intern at Denver Green School from August 2014 to June 2015. They began their career as a Corps Member at City Year from July 2013 to June 2014.

Vacancy has a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver's Graduate School of Social Work, with a focus on Children and Youth Development, Risk, and Resilience. They also have a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Colorado State University. They are certified by the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and by the Crisis Prevention Institute as a Crisis Prevention Interventionist. They are also certified by the Colorado Department of Education as a Special Services Provider: School Social Worker.

Vacancy reports to Elisha Roberts, Chief Academic Officer. They are on a team with Ami Rudd - Senior Director of Student Services, Vacancy - Central Math Coach, and Jackson Bartlett - Director of Ethnic Studies.
