Lauren Lockwood

Lauren Lockwood has a diverse range of work experience in various HR and leadership roles. Lauren most recently served as the Director of People Operations at STRIVR, where they focused on building strategic people programs in areas such as employee experience, DEI, and employee engagement. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of People Operations at Earth Class Mail and LegalZoom, where they played a key role in the acquisition and migration of employees. Lauren also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at LegalZoom, where they managed the integration of Earth Class Mail employees and implemented cost-saving initiatives. Earlier in their career, Lauren worked as the Director of Learning and Development at Integral Care and as a Senior Consultant at Restored Consulting, where they supported organizations in HR strategies and organizational development. Lauren also has experience in executive coaching and leadership development. Overall, Lauren has a strong background in HR, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Lauren Lockwood's education history includes a range of qualifications and certifications. Lauren earned a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the same university. Lauren'sundergraduate studies took place at Arizona State University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General. Additionally, they obtained an Integrative Nutritionist Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and an Associate of Arts degree in Economics from Santa Barbara City College.
