Venu Rao

Venu Rao is the CEO of Strobes Security and was previously with We Secure App. Venu has also worked with Feuji Inc as the Business Head - Staffing from June 2014 to May 2016. At Feuji, Venu was instrumental in building the Recruitment & Staffing practice from scratch and was responsible for providing management with financial decision support & analysis, project management & tracking, preparing internal market intelligence reports, revenue analysis & P&L responsibility. Venu also led a team of Business Delivery Managers on a pan-India level and was involved in complete Sales/BD/Negotiating Rates/ Contracts and Revenue Generation.

Venu Rao has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad, an Engineer's Degree in EEE from MVSR Engineering College, and a High School diploma from St. Pauls High School. Venu also has certification from LinkedIn in The Persuasion Code: The Neuroscience of Sales and Ram Charan on Coaching High Potentials.
