Fernando Suarez has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Fernando started their career at Eurac Poole Ltd in 2014, where they worked as a Production Engineer, Technical Quality, and R&D. In this role, they were responsible for tooling design for brake disc production, production process control, troubleshooting, brake disc design, and FEA simulation. Fernando then moved on to work in the field of consumer electronic equipment as a Mechanical Engineer, focusing on mechanical design, design for manufacturing, and integration of hardware and mechanical components. In 2020, Fernando began freelancing as a Mechanical Design Engineer, specializing in prototypes and production. This role involved mechanical design, 3D modeling, design for manufacturing, and 2D drafting. Most recently, they joined Strohm in 2021 as a Mechanical Engineer, primarily focusing on mechanical design of production parts and machinery, BOM management, and production drawings.

Fernando Suarez completed their Bachelor's degree in Technical Industrial Engineering from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, in the period between 2005 and 2011. In 2012, they obtained a Technical Qualification - Quality Engineering from Lea Artibai Technical School. Additionally, they achieved a certification as a Professional - 9034 - Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from COITIBI, which is a professional engineering institution. This certification was obtained in March 2012. In 2013, Fernando Suarez acquired yet another technical qualification from Lea Artibai Technical School, this time in the field of Qualification of Auditors and Quality Management.
