Jessica Rich

Engagement Lead, South East at Stroke Association

Jessica Rich has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jessica first started their career as an Executive Producer at Essex 2 Edinburgh in 2015. Subsequently, they worked as Vice President for Welfare and Community at the University of Essex Students' Union from July 2015 to June 2017. Following this, they served as a Grants Officer at Cancer Research UK (CRUK) from June 2017 to December 2017.

In 2018, Jessica joined the Stroke Association as a Campaigns Officer and held this role until April 2020. Due to the impact of COVID-19, they then took on a secondment position as an L&TD Core Trainer, supporting Learning and Talent Development within the organization from April 2020 to September 2020. Jessica resumed their role as a Campaigns Officer at the Stroke Association from September 2020 until August 2021. Jessica currently holds the position of Engagement Lead, South East at the Stroke Association, starting in August 2021.

In addition, Jessica has a significant period of customer service experience, having worked as a Customer Service Supervisor at Waitrose from July 2010 to February 2016. Throughout their career, Jessica has showcased their skills in campaign management, training, and community engagement.

Jessica Rich completed their high school education at Riddlesdown Collegiate from 2005 to 2012. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Drama at the University of Essex, from the year 2012 to 2015.
