Nazaret Cabrera Fernandez

Nazaret Cabrera Fernandez is a highly experienced building control professional with a solid background in both residential and commercial projects. Currently serving as a Senior Building Control Surveyor at Stroma Building Control since April 2025, Nazaret previously held positions as Building Control Project Manager and Assistant Building Control Surveyor at SOCOTEC Building Control from October 2021 to April 2025, and as an Assistant Building Control Surveyor at Prime Construction Consultants Ltd from November 2019 to October 2021. With expertise in compliance with Building Regulations, plan checking, structural assessments, and site inspections, Nazaret has also worked as an Architectural Technician at CALCUGAL S.L., focusing on technical drawings and energy performance certificates.
