Patric Sjöberg has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and leadership positions. Patric is currently serving as the President and CEO at Stromma Group, a company focused on delivering customer experiences and activities in Northern Europe. Prior to this, they worked as the Chairman at Scandinavian XPO AB. From 2008 to 2019, they held the position of President & CEO at Stockholmsmässan, a company specializing in events and exhibitions. Patric also served as the CEO at SAS HRS AB and SAS Trading AB, leading both companies from 2005 to 2008 and 2001 to 2005 respectively. Patric started their career at IKEA, where they worked as a Trainee and then manager for three departments from 1991 to 2000. Before that, they gained sales experience at Osvald Hedberg A/S in Oslo, Norway. Overall, Patric Sjöberg has a strong background in leadership and business management, with a focus on producing and delivering customer experiences.
Patric Sjöberg began their education in 1980 at Horten Vidergående Skole in Horten, Norway, where they studied Ekonomi. Patric completed their studies there in 1983. In 1984, they enrolled at Umeå University, where they pursued a degree in Civilekonom. During their time at Umeå University, Patric studied a variety of subjects including marknadsföring, redovisning, organisation & administration, and nationalekonomi. Patric graduated from Umeå University in 1987. After a few years, in 1991, Patric attended the IRTC: Ikea Retail Training Center for their further education. Here, they focused on Leadership and retail skills, completing their studies in 2000.

Three times, Stromma has won the TRIP Global Award for ”Best experience in Sweden”. Twice for the canal cruises on Göta Kanal and once for Strömma Kanalbolaget. Strömma Kanalbolaget has also been Purveyor to the Court of Sweden since 1990. Stromma cooperate with WWF in their initiative "Save the Baltic Sea".
