Sean Kearns

Sean Kearns is an accomplished business executive with extensive leadership experience across various industries. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at StrongArm Tech and an Independent Trustee at Primark Capital, Kearns also holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business. Previously, as Chief Executive Officer of Worklete, Kearns transformed the company into a profitable enterprise, acquiring significant clients such as AT&T and Loblaws. Kearns also led A World of Tile as CEO, navigating the company through three private equity ownerships, and demonstrated financial acumen as Chief Financial Officer at Health Fitness Corp, achieving profitability and stock growth. Early career experience includes serving as Associate Vice President at Chase, where Kearns successfully established a profitable syndication group. Kearns earned an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Lafayette College.
