Diana Hernandez

Diana Hernandez has a wealth of experience in sales operations, program management, business systems analysis, and administrative support. Diana began their career in 2010 as an Administrative Assistant at the University of Michigan's Housing Information Office. In 2013, they moved to Burns & Wilcox as an Accounts Receivable Analyst. In 2014, they joined ForeSee as a Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator. In 2015, they became a Global Sales Operations Coordinator at Essen BioScience (now Sartorius). In 2016, they joined Duo Security as a Business Analyst - Sales Systems, Sales Operations. Diana then progressed to Senior Business Systems Analyst, Information Services & Solutions, and Program Manager, Enterprise Applications. In 2020, they moved to Cisco as a Program Manager in the Security Business Group: Revenue Operations & Insights. In 2021, they joined Blumira as a Sales Operations Manager and strongDM as Director, Sales Operations.

Diana Hernandez obtained their High School Diploma from Western International High School in 2009. Diana then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, with a Minor in Applied Statistics, which they completed in 2013. In 2017, they obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce.
