Kevin Jamieson

Kevin Jamieson has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Kevin is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at strongDM since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Qumulo, Inc. from 2017 to 2022, starting as a Member Of Technical Staff. Before that, they worked at Pure Storage as a Software Engineer in 2017. Kevin also has experience as a Principal Software Developer at Coho Data from 2012 to 2017, where they played a key role in building high-performance, scalable network-attached storage systems for virtualization. Kevin co-founded Ragged Coast Software in 2010 and served as a Co-founder until 2014. Kevin also worked at NetApp as a Senior Software Developer/Team Lead from 2010 to 2012, where they led the policy-driven data management component of NetApp Infinite Volume and contributed to the SNIA Cloud Data Management Interface standard. Prior to NetApp, they worked at Bycast Inc. as a Senior Software Developer/Team Lead from 2004 to 2010, where they led projects related to NFS/CIFS file system gateway and tape archive integration. Kevin'scareer began as a Software Developer at Public Knowledge Project from 2001 to 2005.

Kevin Jamieson attended The University of British Columbia from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science.
