Juan Mendez

Juan Mendez is an experienced plant manager with a strong background in the packaging industry, currently serving as Plant Manager at Hood Container Corporation since October 2024. Previously held the same position at Welch Packaging from February 2023 to October 2024, and at Batavia Container from September 2015 to March 2023. Prior to these roles, Juan was the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at Multi Packaging Solutions from June 2009 to September 2015, and worked as a Production Supervisor at Graphic Packaging International between June 2005 and June 2009. Juan began a professional career as a Resident Assistant at Ball State University, overseeing 40 college freshmen annually from August 1999 to January 2003.
