Misty Milsap

Misty Millsap is an experienced professional in loan administration with a strong background in operations and compliance. Currently serving as the Director of Loan Administration at Stronghill Capital since October 2018, Misty has played a pivotal role in establishing company processes and implementing a loan origination system. Misty has successfully recruited and managed a team of Loan Coordinators and has advanced to oversee daily operations as Loan Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Misty worked at Bank of the Ozarks for a decade, where responsibilities included creating training programs and procedures for lending staff. Educational credentials include attendance at Arkansas Tech University from 2014 to 2017, as well as studies at the University of the Ozarks.
