Ethel Lubwama, MCIPD has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Ethel is currently the Head of People, Culture and Administration at StrongMinds. Ethel Lubwama, MCIPD, has a strong educational background in the field of human resources and organizational development. Ethel obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Gender and Women Studies from Makerere University, which they completed between 2003 and 2008. After that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Employment Studies and Human Resource Development from London Metropolitan University, completing it from 2008 to 2010. Ethel further enhanced their skills by obtaining a qualification in Organizational Design and Development from CIPD Qualifications in 2013-2014. Throughout their career, Ethel also obtained additional certifications in various business strategies, such as Strategic Planning and Execution, Business Growth Strategy, Advanced Business Strategy, and Foundations of Business Strategy, from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016. Additionally, Ethel has also participated in professional development programs, including the Senior Managers' Leadership Development Program from Strathmore Business School (SBS), and a Business Administration and Management specialisation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
