Ethel Lubwama, MCIPD, has a strong educational background in the field of human resources and organizational development. Ethel obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree in Gender and Women Studies from Makerere University, which they completed between 2003 and 2008. After that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Employment Studies and Human Resource Development from London Metropolitan University, completing it from 2008 to 2010. Ethel further enhanced their skills by obtaining a qualification in Organizational Design and Development from CIPD Qualifications in 2013-2014.
