Lauren Hamilton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Starting in November 2014, they worked as an Operational Specialist at FedEx until May 2015. In April 2015, they joined Strongpoint Partners as an Operations Services Specialist, where they managed quoting and processing service agreements and implemented process improvements. In November 2015, they became a Sales Associate at ServiceSource, where they exceeded sales goals and partnered with account managers to deliver solutions to clients. Lauren Hamilton attended the University of Cincinnati from 2004 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Architectural Engineering. During their time at the university, they did not obtain a specific degree. In 2019, they obtained two certifications: "Fred Kofman on Accountability" and "Fred Kofman on Managing Conflict," both from LinkedIn.
