Madeleine Cervon has a diverse range of work experience. Madeleine worked as a Community Engaged Learning Associate at Fairfield University in 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Substitute Teacher at Wellesley Public Schools from December 2022. In this role, they followed lesson plans, maintained student engagement, and ensured classroom safety. In 2020, Madeleine worked at Strong's Marine as a Head Lifeguard, where they promoted safety and trained employees. Madeleine also worked as a Dockhand, handling cash transactions and resolving customer issues. From January to May 2022, Madeleine was a Reading Tutor at Kendall College and Career Academy, engaging students virtually and helping them grasp key concepts. In 2019, they served as a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Nonesuch, leading waterfront activities and ensuring camper safety.

Madeleine Cervon began their education at Wellesley High School, where they attended from 2017 to 2021. After completing high school, they enrolled at Fairfield University in 2021 and is expected to graduate in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Education. In 2023, Madeleine briefly studied at Florence University of the Arts, although it is unknown what degree or field of study they pursued during that time.
